Coachly is a platform through which independent fitness coaches offer coaching to trainees: programmes, nutrition plans, check-ins, messaging, and a curated supplement store. Coaches are independent professionals, not Coachly employees. The coaching agreement — its price, duration and contents — is between the coach and the trainee, formed when a trainee accepts a coach's offer on the platform.
Coaching content, nutrition plans and supplement suggestions are general fitness guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a physician before starting a programme, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication. Stop and seek medical help if you experience pain or symptoms during training.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for your account. Coaches may state only credentials they genuinely hold; misrepresenting qualifications, results or identity is grounds for removal. Reviews may be written only by trainees who actually trained with the coach. Transformation posts require the trainee's explicit consent, which can be revoked at any time and takes effect immediately.
An offer becomes binding when the trainee accepts it and payment is completed. Plans with a fixed length end on their stated end date; both parties are notified before and at expiry, after which access under that plan ends unless renewed. Until licensed payment processing is live, purchases run through a clearly-marked demo flow and no money changes hands.
The catalog is curated by Coachly and limited to products referenced with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority. Coaches cannot add products. When a trainee buys prescribed supplements, the coach earns a disclosed commission. Follow label directions; the coach's prescribed dose is guidance within them, and doses above the label are flagged to both parties.
No sale or promotion of unauthorised substances, including peptides and hormonal products not approved for consumer sale in Saudi Arabia. No harassment, no content involving minors without guardian consent, no use of another person's data or photos without permission.
Coachly provides the platform "as is" and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for the acts of coaches or trainees or for training outcomes. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may close your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
كوتشلي منصة يقدّم عبرها مدربون مستقلون خدمات التدريب للمتدربين: برامج، خطط تغذية، متابعة، مراسلة، ومتجر مكملات منسّق. المدربون مهنيون مستقلون وليسوا موظفين لدى كوتشلي. اتفاق التدريب — سعره ومدته ومحتواه — يُبرم بين المدرب والمتدرب عند قبول العرض داخل المنصة.
محتوى التدريب وخطط التغذية واقتراحات المكملات إرشاد رياضي عام وليست نصيحة طبية أو تشخيصًا أو علاجًا. استشر طبيبك قبل بدء أي برنامج، وتوقف واطلب المساعدة الطبية عند الشعور بألم أو أعراض.
يلتزم المدرب بذكر المؤهلات التي يحملها فعلًا؛ وانتحال المؤهلات أو النتائج سبب للإزالة. التقييمات لمن تدرّب فعلًا مع المدرب فقط. منشورات التحول تتطلب موافقة صريحة من المتدرب قابلة للسحب فورًا.
يصبح العرض ملزمًا عند قبوله وإتمام الدفع. الخطط محددة المدة تنتهي في تاريخها، ويُخطر الطرفان قبل الانتهاء وعنده، وينتهي الوصول ما لم تُجدد. وحتى تفعيل الدفع المرخّص، تجري المشتريات عبر مسار تجريبي واضح دون أي مبالغ حقيقية.
الكتالوج تنسّقه كوتشلي ويقتصر على منتجات مسجّلة لدى الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء. لا يستطيع المدربون إضافة منتجات. عند شراء مكملات موصوفة يحصل المدرب على عمولة معلنة. التزم بإرشادات الملصق؛ والجرعات الأعلى منه تُنبّه للطرفين.
يُحظر بيع أو ترويج المواد غير المصرح بها، بما فيها الببتيدات والمنتجات الهرمونية غير المعتمدة للبيع الاستهلاكي في السعودية، كما يُحظر التحرش واستخدام بيانات أو صور الآخرين دون إذن.
تُقدَّم المنصة كما هي، ولا تتحمل كوتشلي — في حدود ما يسمح به النظام — مسؤولية أفعال المدربين أو المتدربين أو نتائج التدريب. يجوز إيقاف الحسابات المخالفة، ولك إغلاق حسابك في أي وقت. تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.
