Coachly ("we") operates trycoachly.app, a platform connecting fitness coaches and trainees in Saudi Arabia and the GCC. For questions about this policy or your data, contact binadwan@me.com.
Account details (name, email, role, language). Coaching content you or your coach create: training programmes, meal plans, supplement prescriptions, workout and meal logs, check-ins including body weight, progress photos, voice notes and chat messages. Purchase records for supplement orders. Optional identity-verification data processed by our verification provider when a coach chooses to verify. Device information needed to deliver notifications you enable.
Body weight, workout history, meal adherence and progress photos are sensitive. They are visible only to you and, where an active coaching relationship exists, your coach. Someone who has merely enquired with a coach — or whose plan has ended — does not gain access to new data. Progress photos used in coach transformations are published only with your explicit, revocable consent, item by item.
When your coach prescribes supplements and you buy them through Coachly, your coach earns a commission. We show you this before you order, not after.
Card payments will be processed by a licensed Saudi payment provider; Coachly does not store card numbers. Until that integration is live, the app contains a clearly-marked demo payment flow that charges nothing.
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Write to the address above; we respond within the statutory period. Deleting your account removes your personal data except records we must keep by law (for example, order records).
We use infrastructure and service providers to run Coachly (hosting, database, email delivery, notifications, identity verification). They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising.
Data is kept while your account is active and as required by law afterwards. Access is restricted by row-level security so each user sees only what their role permits.

الوزن وسجل التمارين وصور التقدم بيانات حساسة، لا يراها إلا أنت ومدربك عند وجود علاقة تدريب نشطة. من أرسل استفسارًا فقط — أو انتهت خطته — لا يصل إلى بياناتك الجديدة. صور التحولات لا تُنشر إلا بموافقتك الصريحة القابلة للسحب، بندًا بندًا.
عند شراء مكملات وصفها مدربك عبر كوتشلي، يحصل مدربك على عمولة. نخبرك بذلك قبل الشراء لا بعده.
ستُعالج المدفوعات عبر مزود دفع سعودي مرخّص؛ كوتشلي لا تخزن أرقام البطاقات. وحتى تفعيل ذلك، يحتوي التطبيق على مسار دفع تجريبي واضح لا يخصم شيئًا.
يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، وسحب الموافقة حيثما كانت أساس المعالجة. راسلنا على البريد أعلاه.
نستخدم مزودي خدمات لتشغيل المنصة يعالجون البيانات وفق تعليماتنا. لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نعرض إعلانات طرف ثالث. نحتفظ بالبيانات ما دام الحساب نشطًا وبما يوجبه النظام بعد ذلك.
